Account Grinding Terms of Service

Terms (please read this its not that long I swear):

• Effective December 22, 2025:
• All boosting services are done by me personally.
• If the account receives a security ban directly caused by me during the boosting period, the customer will receive a refund for any unused time unless the customer wants to continue the grind after the account is unbanned.
• If the account receives a cheating ban or wipe directly caused by me during the boosting period, the customer will receive compensation either equal to the value of their account (up to $400.00 unless otherwise agreed upon in writing) as determined by a reputable seller selected by me or with other complementary grinding services. I reserve the right to reject any request for grinding or to provide compensation through grinding.
• No refunds will be issued for bans, wipes, or other large losses of account value through either scamming, hacking, "insiding", "ratting", or other types of theft / loss caused by actions of the customer or other third parties who may have access to or have gained access to the account or profile.
• In the event of a dispute, fault will be determined based on available evidence. Either party can request a review by a mutually agreed upon neutral third party. If one cannot be agreed upon, I reserve the right to select a neutral third party instead. The third party’s decision is final.
• Any suggestions regarding purchases such as coins or items are entirely optional but may affect the price of the service. The customer is fully responsible for any purchases they choose to make and any consequences that result.
• The customer reserves the right to terminate the service at any moment for any reason while the grind is active and is entitled to a refund for unused time. This does not apply if a security ban, cheating ban, wipe, or customer / third party caused loss occurs. Once the service is completed, the customer is no longer entitled to any refunds or compensation.
• I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Customers who have already purchased services under previous terms may choose to continue under those prior terms for future services or accept the updated terms before using any additional services.
• By submitting payment, the customer agrees they have read and agree to the Terms of Service. These terms apply to all current and future services unless updated in writing.
